Our Care

Caring for another can be overwhelming and stressful, so

It's Okay To Take A Break

It can be difficult making the decision to leave your loved ones in the care of others. Sometimes we are faced with feelings of guilt after making such a decision, especially when the loved one is a mother, father or spouse, who once used to look after us. This is a totally normal and understandable reaction.

However, taking care of others and meeting their needs can be overwhelming and stressful. Often, we spend so much time focusing on the other person’s needs and forget to look after our own. Without realising it, we can be depleted of energy quickly and find we can’t cope.

So, to take care of others, it is important to take care of yourself first.

We’re here to help you do that.
